A quick note.
If you make your juices in advance be sure you store them away from light as quickly as possible in a an air tight container so as to avoid oxidization, (which will cause nutrients to be lost).
Yes you can freeze your juices, but again you will lose some vital nutrients.
JUICE ONE : GREEN SPICY APPLE
handful of spinach
½ lime (without the peel)
1cm of root ginger
Juice all the ingredients except the avocado as you will add this to the mixture after by blending it all together.

*1 handful of spinach
1 handful of kale
½ lemon (wax free)
*½ celery stick

JUICE THREE: NUTTY PROFESSOR
2 handfuls of mixed berries
2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon of mixed seeds
