Once you become menopausal you must do regular check-ups to check your bone density.
Due to a lack of hormones, your bones will become fragile.
It's vitale to have a some form of physical exercise, (not too intense) and to maintain a healthy way of eating.
People often confuse Bone Marrow Cancer and Myeloma.
It's important to understand what Myeloma is.
The white blood cells that pass through your bone marrow is called Plasma Cells, they create antibodies. Their role is to protect your bone marrow from infection.
For some unknown reason, the body produces too many white cells and the antibodies start protecting your blood from the healthy cells. In other words, it starts working against your bone marrow.
These white cells proliferate and create tumors which when located in one area, is called Plasmacytoma. When it spreads, it's called Multiple Myeloma.
When you undergo Chemotherapy, you are induced into a clinical menopause if you are over a certain age. If you are young, then this can be reversed naturally.
However, if you have menopause, then you must have a mammography every 2 years which will screen for breast cancer.
Being menopausal means that you are lacking hormones especially is it's before your time, so your doctor might prescribe HRT which could also be cancerous.
A mammography will usually be done in 2 steps:
1. A technician will summit your breasts to 4 screening x-rays consisting of putting your breasts into a machine which presses down on your breasts to get the best x-ray possible.
2. The Doctor will see you and give you the results, after which he will examine your breasts by conducting an echography and even breast palpating if necessary
There are two type of people in this world;
Those who tell everyone when they have been through a horrific ordeal as they need the world to know. They also need support and don’t want it to happen to anyone else
Those who want to run and hide as they feel soiled and ashamed
I was the latter!
No one knew I had cancer because I had decided to hide it. I wore a wig prior to beginning my treatment so that when I lost my hair, no one would see.
I kept smiling even when I felt like hell.
Truth be told, it took me a good few years to realise that the mindset I had created through that time, could actually serve someone else who is going through it.
I had to stop thinking of myself as a victim and start seeing myself as a leader!
It was the only way for me to regain control of my mind and thus my cancer. Even using those exact words’ My Cancer’ allowed me to have the right to keep it or let go (like a boyfriend, lol).
Today, I am neither ashamed nor dirty, in fact, the people I mention it to, feel ashamed that they weren’t there for me. I mean, how could they, I didn’t even let them know.
I talk about it today in a nonchalant manner like I talk about my plans for the weekend. I then explain that I am in remission before people start to worry.
When they realise that it’s not half as shocking as others make it out to be, they open up and start either talking about a health scare they’ve had, or a family member who had cancer.
I help them to see the other side of cancer which involves working on their mindset and letting go of fear and embracing love.
The more you focus on what the negative, the more you will attract what you don't want.
All your dreams lie behind your fears.
So how to reverse it?
You need to focus on exactly what you want. If you are afraid of death, then focus on LIVING, and start becoming the person who has the life you want.
Not only will you attract LIFE, but you will start to change your way of seeing life.

Some say, you are what you eat. I say ‘you are how you feel!'
If you feel like the whole world is against you, you won’t attract happiness.
It’s important to word what you want in the positive, not the negative. You attract what you say.
It sounds very much like the Law of Attraction. But in fact, it’s the Law of Vibration.

If you think of a child in school who is afraid that someone will harm him. You might picture that child
whose back is hunched and whose face is sad. That child will the adult. The scared adult. The victim.
Everyone knows that to ward off bullies, you mustn’t show fear. You must show confidence.
In fact, the more confidence you build, the freer you become. Anything becomes possible in your
eyes. But how to build this confidence?
Here’s a little technique you can try
Sit in front of a mirror and close your eyes. In your mind’s eye, see yourself as a little child aged seven. What are your dreams? What innocence does that child have? How do you see the future? Who is that child (happy, funny, warm, loving)?
Now open your eyes and observe yourself today.
What is different? What is the same? Who has that child become? Deep down, where is that inner
child? Find your dreams and stay in them for a moment or two. Repeat this action.
If there is something that you are responsible for, it is the way you think.
The more you hold on to anger, resentment, hatred, fear, the more you will attract just that!
Anger produces of cortisol. This will accelerate the heart make your hands sweat and make you breathe fast. This is what we call in FIGHT FLIGHT FREEZE mode.
As if you were prepared to defend yourself or attack someone.
Can you imagine being like this all the time? You would be exhausted!
Think of it, someone jumps out of a bush on a dark night and scares you!
Your heart skips a beat and you stop breathing for a few seconds.
Well, this is what happens to your organs when you don’t let go of anger, resentment or fear. The body becomes exhausted and it let’s you know through infection, diseases or organ failure.
It could also be the cause of migraines, digestive pain and cancer.
Did you know that we have 3 brains? One of which is the intestins?
If you are constantly in FIGHT mode, your body will not be able to absorb nutrients correctly and
will not fight off infections.
It is so important that your gut be in alignment with your 2 other brains (heart and cerebral brain)
Now let’s take the cerebral brain. The newest part is called the Neo Cortex. It is in charge of your future visions.
If you visualize for less than 60 seconds, you will reinforce your brain cells and create a feeling.
Try this; think of sitting by the beach and eating some ice-cream. Feel it on your tongue when you lick it. What taste comes to mind when it hits the pallet? Feel the cold ice-cream slowly go down your throat.
As you do this exercise, your brain will send a signal to your body that you are actually eating, even though you are not physically eating. Your mouth will start to water to welcome the ice-cream.
You see...a thought = a chemical reaction.
The equation is quite simple:
You think bad things + you will attract bad things = your body will simply produce bad things.
